But either way, this Bone/ Kelly/ White colorway plays off of not only only Kevin Garnett’s Celtics uniform and the pride he’s felt for the franchise’s rich tradition in just a few years, but it also ties into the team’s iconic parquet hardwood flooring at their former home, of course, the Boston Garden.
“For KG, he likes the more sophisticated finishes, so his edition has his signature computer stitch inspired by the Boston parquet and a mix of nubucks, leather embosses and chalk accents,” explains Robbie Fuller, Senior Footwear Concept Designer for adidas Basketball and creator of this Commander.
